Enquiry & Catalogue

Send your requirements or product references. We share our capabilities, sample catalogue, and indicative wholesale pricing.

Sample & Quotation

We produce samples for approval and issue a detailed proforma invoice with FOB or CIF pricing depending on your terms.

Deposit & Production

A deposit confirms the order. Production runs in our Jepara or Gianyar workshops with scheduled progress photos and QC checkpoints.

Quality Control

Every item is inspected against your spec before packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, etc.) can be arranged on request.

Crating & Documentation

Professional export crating with ISPM-15 fumigation. We prepare invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and fumigation cert.

Shipment

FCL, LCL, or air freight via our forwarding partners. We coordinate loading and provide tracking to your destination port.

Export FAQ

What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm the order and 50% balance before shipment (against a copy of the B/L). For repeat distributor clients, we can discuss more flexible terms such as L/C.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on order size and complexity. A single piece may take 3–4 weeks; a full 20ft container typically takes 8–12 weeks from deposit. Exact timelines are confirmed in your quotation.
Do you offer FOB or CIF pricing?
Both. We quote FOB Surabaya / Semarang or CIF to your destination port. We work with established freight forwarders and can also use your nominated forwarder.
Can you produce to our own designs (OEM)?
Yes. We regularly manufacture to client drawings and specifications for designers and brands. Share your technical drawings or references and we'll quote accordingly.
Is the timber legally certified?
Yes. We source from legal, certified suppliers and can provide SVLK / V-Legal documentation required for the EU and other regulated markets.
